Michael has over twenty years legal experience after being admitted to practise in February 2000. He is an experienced advocate for his clients, regularly appearing in the Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court.
Kyle S. Mark
Partner, Barrister and Solicitor
Kyle commenced work with Gross, Mark & Lipert Partners in 2005 having been admitted to practice in 2004 and graduating with First Class Honours in 2003. At Gross, Mark & Lipert Partners Kyle practices mainly in the areas of Probate, Civil Litigation, Will Disputes, Property Law, Employment Law, Criminal Law and trial work.
Brian K. Morris

Brian joined Gross, Mark & Lipert Partners in March 2015. He has provided numerous hours of practical legal advice to the public on their rights in relation to consumer protection laws and fair trading laws. Brian also has a keen interest in Wills and Estates, Probate, Insolvency Law, Employment Law and Property Law.
